www.rangbyrajvi.com will accept returns only in case you receive damaged goods.

No refund will be given by www.rangbyrajvi.com if the order has been delivered with the color and size selected by the customer while placing the order. In the event of the error having occurred on the part of www.rangbyrajvi.com, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of www.rangbyrajvi.com.
PARTIAL REFUNDS

In the case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, www.rangbyrajvi.com is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, www.rangbyrajvi.com shall agree to either provide a store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of www.rangbyrajvi.com.
Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item that has been purchased online at any of our retail stores, and similarly retail store purchases cannot be returned through our Online Store.

Because products on www.rangbyrajvi.com are designer-made, hand woven and intricately crafted, and sourced from various parts of India, there may be variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying, and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and the capabilities of computer monitors. Indigo and other Natural Colors, Flake and run colors, age beautifully and are good for the skin. Please pair them with similar colored garments and accessories to avoid staining.
